The 5th annual Race to Wrigley 5K Run will be held on Saturday, April 24. The 5K Run, which starts and finishes at legendary Wrigley Field, will help kick off the 2010 baseball season while benefiting a good cause.
Chicago Cubs Charities’ Race to Wrigley begins at 8:00 a.m. at Waveland & Clark. This year, personal fundraising proceeds will benefit Children’s Memorial Hospital so start your fundraising now! The top 2 fundraisers will each receive an autographed Cubs jersey.
The course route proceeds through the streets of the Lake View neighborhood before returning to the stadium — where runners will run through Wrigley Field’s ground level concourse, finishing under the famed Wrigley Field Marquee.
Chicago Cubs Charities supports community groups and organizations, programs and projects in the neighborhoods around Wrigley Field and throughout Chicagoland.

Race Day Parking
There will be a limited amount of FREE event parking in the Green Lot (on Waveland just east of Clark) of Wrigley Field. Limited metered parking may be available within the area but be aware of no parking and ‘zone parking’ signs.
